At Feetures our priority is to deliver an effective solution for each individual need, providing the necessary tools to
accommodate you successfully.
In some circumstances we will offer an alternate solution through a referral program, making accessible the best possible treatment plan to achieve our goal of pain relief and routine maintenance striving for a better quality of life.

Offering over twenty years experience in the foot care profession, we are highly qualified, experienced and educated to help properly guide you on the right path of relief.
Our team includes a Licensed Reflexology Practitioner, a Licensed Chiropodist (DPM), Foot Care technician, and Orthopedic shoe fitter.
Our goals are to provide our local communities with access to these professional and personal services, avoiding long commutes to the city and helping to reduce wait times.

Meet Our Team
Ekaterina (Katie) Kroupskaia, Hon.BSc, D.Ch.
After graduating with honours in Biomedical Science (Hon. BSc) at University of Ottawa, Katie went on to receive her Advanced Diploma in Chiropody (D.Ch) from the Michener Institute of Education at UHN in Toronto.
She is a member of both the Ontario Society of Chiropodists and Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine. She is passionate about all aspects of Chiropody including ingrown toenail treatment, biomechanical management of foot pain, and diabetic foot care. When she's not providing a positive and welcoming experience for all patients, she enjoys going for runs, reading books, spending time with friends and family and practicing her French!

ORTHOPEDIC SOLUTIONS
A conservative approach to foot stabilization and support during the biomechanical action of movement and weight through our gait.
Orthopedic footwear can be an alternative solution to custom made or prescription orthotics that are not effective or simply not suitable for you.
In addition, they can readily accommodate for durability, comfort, style, and overall foot wellness.
Select lines available only through medical, professional, and personal health establishments, these footwear lines are insurance compliant qualifying them, in most cases, for personal insurance coverage through your provider.
Insole Support Liners are an effective solution to add cushioning inside of shoe and basic added support.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, head, and ear. It stimulates the body into natural healing by improving circulation, reducing stress, pain and restoring natural balance.
The pressure points correspond to organs and systems of the body which activate and stimulate sensory pathways throughout the nerve system.
The stimulant created travels to nerve
ending where the process of organ stimulation occurs.
Effective in treating several foot conditions. The increase of pressure in related areas help clear collective soft tissue clusters that occur in feet due to stress of tendons, muscle strains and injury.
CHIROPODY CLINICS
These clinics are specific to consultation with a licensed Chiropodist.
A Chiropodist is a foot specialist that can diagnose, treat and maintain all foot related conditions.
By offering these clinics, we can ensure proper treatment options to accommodate specific foot conditions and their outlying causes.
Specializing in custom made orthotics, ingrown nail procedure, diabetic foot care,
skin and nail disease or infection.
STANDARD FOOT CARE
Standard foot care is the basic cutting of nails, corn, and callus debridement, as well as exfoliation of dry skin areas using advanced foot care techniques and products as required.
Reduction of thick nail surfaces, and maintenance of them.
Non surgical ingrown nail cutting, instruction and general maintenance.

An initial chiropody consultation includes a complete review of your medical history and an in depth examination that will address your chief medical complaint. Our chiropodist can provide a full diagnosis of many detectable foot conditions, provide a comprehensive treatment plan for primary concerns and discuss all available treatment options to best suit your individual needs.
An initial reflexology consultation includes a complete review of your medical history and an assessment of your individual reflexology needs. During the consultation the reflexologist will examine your skin and nails to ensure that you meet the basic standard conditions to qualify for reflexology treatment. To complete the consultation, your reflexologist will provide you with an introductory reflexology session or standard foot care (if required for adequate reflexology) .

Parking is available on the street in front of the clinic, in the parking lot behind the building or at the Jean Coutu pharmacy (across the street).
